Day 2 of preparing the ground for the tree felling on Monday. 3 out of the 5 areas have now been cleared in a fashion and some plants saved from being squished by falling/stored branches. This is an image of the flowering currant which has been cut back to the ground to make way eventually for something that does bear fruit.
